We just moved to Leesburg and didn't know anybody. Our new house needed a good professional floor cleaning throughout so we asked our new neighbors if they could refer anyone. They told us they use ADC Carpet Cleaning Specialists for all of their commercial carpet cleaning, power washing and exterior cleaning at their office. Anyway, they went on and on about what a great job they regularly do. So we called them and it turned out they offer residential carpet cleaning as well. They came out the next day and did such an amazing job on the pet odor and carpet stain removal. I swear, it didn't look like the same carpet! They did an excellent job on the tile and grout cleaning too - I didn't even realize the grout was that color. When we moved in, I thought it was a dark gray lol. Our carpets smell fresh and clean after ADC cleaned and deodorized them, but there is still a funky smoke smell in the air. Ivan from ADC said he could help with that too - he mentioned something about antimicrobial and a fogging machine that helps with smoke damage restoration. Best emergency carpet cleaners ever! We called ADC Carpet Cleaning late at night after the hose on our washing machine burst when we were at work. The carpet was so soaked and started smelling like mildew right away. I hate that smell so much. ADC did all of the water extraction, flood damage restoration, deodorizing and carpet washing. We were so thankful to have dry, fresh smelling carpet and area rugs again. They even did some stain and spot removal that we had been living with for years and just couldn't get out ourselves.

My husband and I hold ADC Carpet Cleaning in the highest regard. They are an above and beyond kind of residential carpet cleaning company that isn't satisfied with 'good enough'. They do their best every visit and it shows! They do all of our home improvement floor cleaning - rugs, carpet, tile and grout cleaning. They achieve the pet odor removal and carpet stain removal that we can't get by ourselves, no matter how hard we try. And they leave our tile floors shiny and sparkling. We also get a lot of dust and rain storms in the warmer months and feel a lot better after they power wash the exterior of our house to get rid of all the accumulation of dirt and mud. We are gearing up to open a small retail store. The place we are looking at has mostly vinyl tile but quite a bit of carpeting as well so we plan to call ADC for our commercial carpet cleaning at that time as well.

What an amazing home carpet cleaning company! My dog had gotten sick and I was really worried the smell and stains would never come out of the poor quality rugs I had bought but the technician from ADC carpet cleaners worked miracles, especially on the area rug cleaning! Even though the rugs were cheap, I didn't want to get rid of them! They were able to get the pet odor out and their stain removal methods left everything looking good as well as smelling good again. The tech was very friendly and chatted to my kids and I. There were no hard sales either, he honored the price I was given over the phone. Ivan came and steam cleaned about 34 stairs (including landings), 2 large carpeted rooms, a love seat and two chairs. Our home is a rental and the previous tenants had a cat. The carpet hadn't been cleaned since I don't know when. There were several stains and one very large stain on the first floor. Ivan pretreated everywhere and was able to get all the stains up with the exception of the large stain. He did, however, get 80% of it up which looks a lot better than it did.
He was great about moving the furniture too. He showed up on time and ready to get started. He was super friendly and very professional. We did a walk-through of the areas to be cleaned, he pretreated, and promptly started. I was so comfortable with Ivan that I went upstairs to lay down while he worked. It took him a good 3 hours to complete. The carpet looks absolutely wonderful, very nice job. The carpet was really really wet and stayed that way for a day or so. I called him 5 days later to ask if his suction was up-to-par and he did say that when he went out to disassemble the filter, it was packed with cat hair. He thanked me for letting him know, apologized for the wetness, and said that he would keep an eye on the filter when a very hairy pet was present.
Ivan was very helpful providing me with other service resources in the area since I was new to Virginia. If, in-the-future, I am in need of a service, I'll check with him first then see if they are on Angie's List next. He was great!

Amazing service! I contacted Ivan from his YELP reviews. I also saw that he was in our local area so I gave him a try. We only have carpet in one room of our house and it is the most heavily used room with 4 family members and 2 big dogs. We have had a few urine accidents from the dogs and I wanted to get the carpet ready for Christmas. I called Ivan yesterday and he was out here the following day. He pre-treated the whole carpet and then use his steam cleaner. He went over the urine spots over and over and unfortunately for me the urine has reached the padding but the carpets turned out superb! My most recent carpet cleaning was needed because my carpets became very badly soiled by dog urine and vomit. I used every product imaginable and sold in stores to eliminate the terrible messes and stains, but they didn't work and seemed to actually make the stains show up more. One room smelled horribly from urine odor so I figured I'd have no choice but to replace all the carpets; BUT Ivan performed a miracle! He cleaned them today, treated the smell with enzymes, cleaned and re-treated the yellow stains with a special product, and now my carpets are back to looking beautiful, truly like new!!
